We use An Post, Irelands reliable postal service to ship all orders.  

At checkout you can choose from the following :

Standard Post: Reliable and cost effective delivery. No tracking.

Registered Post: Provides secure delivery with tracking, signature required.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number (registered post) once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Please allow extra time for remote locations or during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Custom Orders & Commissions

Due to the nature of custom work, all commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for postal delays or packages lost by the courier. Please contact your local delivery provider with your tracking number for updates.

Custom Fees

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that your order may incur. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
