My love for dogs, in particular breeds from the sighthound group such as whippets, greyhounds and lurchers is evident in much of my work. I am also strongly drawn to the beauty and energy of the natural world around us. There is an amazing connection that can be experienced with and animal, a place, a quiet moment in nature. 

 

Through painting I channel that energy, love and connection and share it with the viewer. 

 

I work mostly in soft pastels, however I enjoy working with various mediums to keep things interesting.

 

 Commissions are accepted and welcomed.
